Plain English summary

You pay $50/month for Evidloom Studio (or $10/month if you bring your own provider key). We give you the desktop agent, a hosted LLM proxy, and $40 of included usage on the metered tier. You don't sell the software, don't reverse-engineer it, don't use it for anything illegal, and don't try to attack us. We don't promise it never breaks, but we work hard to keep it running. Either of us can cancel anytime; no hard feelings.

Your subscription

Studio is $50/month, billed monthly via Stripe. The subscription includes $40 of LLM usage metered through our proxy, and the remaining $10 funds infrastructure, support, and product development. Every supported OpenAI model, including GPT-6 Astra, bills at one published rate: $13 per million input tokens, $1.30 per million cached input tokens, and $65 per million output tokens, with reasoning tokens counted as output. That rate is our most expensive supported OpenAI model's price plus 30%, so which model the agent chooses for a turn does not change your per-token rate. The one exception is OpenAI's own long-context surcharge: a prompt above 272K input tokens on GPT-6 Astra bills the whole request at 2× the input and cached rates and 1.5× the output rate. If you configure an optional Anthropic model instead, it is metered per million input / cached input / output tokens at $7 / $0.70 / $35 (Claude Sonnet 4.6), $35 / $3.50 / $175 (Claude Opus 4.6), or $2 / $0.20 / $10 (Claude Haiku 4.5). We may change these rates; a change applies only to usage after it takes effect, and this page is updated before it does. Studio BYOK is the same agent at $10/month flat — you bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, requests pass through Evidloom's proxy, and inference charges go to your provider account. If you exceed the included usage on the metered Studio tier you can top up your monthly allowance — top-ups bill at the same per-token rate as the included usage, no surprise overage premium.

Subscribers from the previous $200/month tier keep that pricing and the $150 included allowance until they choose to switch. New signups are on the $50 tier. The old tier is no longer offered to new customers.

You can cancel anytime in your account dashboard (or by emailing [email protected]). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We don't pro-rate or refund partial months, but we'll cover any clearly erroneous charge if you let us know.

Alternatively, choose bring-your-own-keys mode for $10/month flat: you pay your own model provider directly for inference, while Evidloom provides the desktop app, proxy routing, account controls, and channel infrastructure.

License to the software

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Evidloom Studio desktop app on the computers you personally use, for the duration of your subscription. You can't redistribute the app, sell it, reverse-engineer it beyond what local law permits (e.g. for interoperability), or remove our copyright notices.

The agent runtime (currently a fork of openclaw) is open source under its own license; the bundled Evidloom Studio wrapper, configuration, skills, and visual identity are ours.

Acceptable use

Don't use Evidloom Studio to do illegal things, harass people, generate CSAM or other prohibited content, attack us or other tenants, scrape our APIs at industrial scale, or pretend to be us. If you do, we'll terminate your subscription without refund. Prompt and response text passes transiently through the proxy but is not logged. If something specific is brought to our attention or surfaces through abuse signals, we'll investigate.

What we promise & what we don't

We work hard to keep the proxy up, the agent runtime installable, and the desktop app stable. We can't promise it never breaks, and we can't guarantee the third-party model providers stay up — when OpenAI has an outage, your turns fail until they recover. We'll post status updates and refund affected days when there's a sustained outage attributable to us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Evidloom Studio is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes get emailed to your account email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree to the new terms, you can cancel before they take effect and we'll honor the old terms for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Delaware). Disputes go to the state or federal courts of Delaware. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
